Bookings

It's less than 2 weeks until we would like to come do you do short notice bookings?

If you check the calendar and we have the accommodation available then we are happy to take short notice bookings. Please complete a booking enquiry form in the usual way so that we have all the information we need to raise your invoice and we will come back to you very quickly to confirm that everything is okay. Provided you can make the payment by return to secure the dates we are happy to take the booking.  Standard T&C apply

can I stay for 1 night ?

Our minimum stay is 2 nights.

Do you offer discounts ? 

We offer an ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE with no hidden extras to pay for on arrival that other sites ask you to pay for or if you prefer you can bring your own. Prices depend on what you would like to include.

ACCOMMODATION Can we check availability online?

Yes you can. We keep our web page up to date - click here to check bookings 

Can the pods bed arrangements be re-arranged to take more people ?

Our accommodation can only take the numbers advertised unless you request for an extra bed. The Pods have two fitted double beds but a single can be added at additional cost. Prices are based per accommodation unit and numbers must be booked before arrival.  Travel cots can be considered.

what is your maximum overnight capacity?

 4 + 4  = 8 . Full size double bunk style beds plus the option for a 5th single mattress if requested and booked in advance.  - check your accommodation for specifics.

Can we walk on the nearby footpaths without using the car?

You are free to enjoy the 10 acres of our private fruit farm around the site but you must remain within our farm boundary. Public Footpaths are within eye shot and accessible by foot.

Can we organise a food delivery in advance of arrival?

We offer you the chance to pre-book your online shopping  and to have it delivered to the house for when you arrive. Easy to unpack straight in to the fridge and put that ice in the freezer ! You must be on the premises to receive your shopping  and check it as it arrives. Unfortunately we are not able to sign for your deliveries.

Check-in and checkout times

Check-in 3-7 pm and check-out 10.30 am- please let us have your eta.

Are their restaurants nearby who can take group bookings ?

Yes we work with many restaurants nearby who offer a varied menu and personal friendly service. Just ask us for details and we can organise things for you.

Can I walk to the nearest Pub ?

Depending how adventurous you are and whether you want a few miles of walking then yes if you follow the public footpaths. You must not stray from the public footpath as this will be considered as trespassing  by the local farmers.

can we bring our own camper vans on site?

No. Accommodation is restricted to the Pod Cabins and Half Moon accommodation prepared for you on site.
